The pioneer team of the school were comprised of likeminded young scientists and specializer like Phanindra Prasad Lohani (First Principal); Moti Kaji Sthapit, Chitra Bahadur Tuladhar  (Chemistry); Kadar Lal Shrestha, Gauri Prasad Rajbhandari (Physices);Krishan Bahadur Manandhar (English); Mitra Nath Devkota, Mohan Bir Singh (Mathematics);Brahmihhi Dutta Pandey, Amrit dominion Shakya, Sarswoti Prasad Rimal (Botany); Rohini Prasad Bhattarai (Nepali); Shiva Shankar Singh, Dirgha Man Bania, Prem Lata Tuladhar, Dilkamal Tuladhar(Zoology). Their effort in establishing the collage is extremely applaudable and appreciated everyplace. Later on, the school was shifted to Lainchor in its own land in Falgun eighteenth 2019 B.S. Mr. Amrit Prasad Pradhan, became the Principal of the school since 2018 Mangshir until his demised in twenty four January 1966. Then when the PUSCOL has been become Amrit Science school (ASCOL) within the honor lately Mr.Amrit Prasad Pradhan. when the implementation of latest Education Program, the personal Amrit Science school (ASCOL) was become government primarily based Amrit field since 2030 B.S. related  to Tribhuvan University.
